Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• Account — a registered user profile created on the BC Game platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.
• Bet / Wager — a sum of money staked by a player on the outcome of a game or sporting event offered on the BC Game platform.
• Winnings — any funds credited to a player’s account as a result of a successful bet or game outcome.
• Bonus Funds — promotional credits awarded to a player that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required to confirm a player’s identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) — a set of procedures and regulations designed to prevent the use of the platform for illegal financial activities.
• Self-Exclusion — a voluntary restriction placed on a player’s account that limits or prohibits access to the platform for a defined period.

1. General Provisions

BC Game is operated by Blockdance B.V. (Curaçao) and, for Nigerian users, by Blockdance Africa Limited, licensed under National Sports Betting Permit No. 2005793 and Lagos State License No. LSLGA/OP/OSB/210325. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BC Game website, mobile application, and all related services.

2. Eligibility

To use BC Game, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Not be a professionally trained athlete betting on your own sport
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements. BC Game reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration

Each player may only hold one account on BC Game. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts, along with the forfeiture of any winnings or bonuses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

4. KYC Verification

BC Game is required by law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• Proof of Identity: government-issued passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence
• Proof of Address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of Payment Method: a photo or screenshot of the payment method used (e.g. front of bank card with middle digits obscured)
• Source of Funds: bank statement or payslip demonstrating the origin of deposited funds (may be required for large transactions)
• Selfie Verification: a photo of the player holding their identity document, as requested by our compliance team

All documents must be clear, valid, and unaltered. BC Game reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on BC Game is 100 NGN. All transactions are processed securely and in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. BC Game supports both fiat and cryptocurrency payment methods.

Withdrawal processing times and conditions are as follows:

• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: processed within 5–10 minutes for verified accounts
• Fiat withdrawals: processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: subject to the payment method selected; details are available in your account settings
• Withdrawal fees: a minimum fee of 0.1% applies to cryptocurrency withdrawals; fiat withdrawal fees vary by payment provider
• Monthly withdrawal limit: subject to your account verification level and VIP status

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), which must be completed before your first cashout.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by BC Game are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. The welcome bonus of up to 220,000 BCD is available to new players across four qualifying deposits. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. BC Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

BC Game is committed to fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent behaviour
• Exploitation of software errors or technical glitches
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BC Game platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of BC Game or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BC Game shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes, except where such losses result from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or any aspect of our services, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Support: submit your complaint via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will aim to respond within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 7 days, you may request escalation to our compliance department.
3. Regulatory Complaints: Nigerian users may escalate unresolved disputes to the National Lottery Regulatory Commission or the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
4. Jurisdiction: these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. For Nigerian users, matters relating to local licensing and regulation are governed by applicable Nigerian law.

11. Amendments

BC Game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of BC Game following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. For Nigerian users, matters relating to local licensing and regulation are governed by applicable Nigerian law. Any disputes arising from the use of BC Game shall be resolved in accordance with these governing laws.
