1. General Provisions

(Curaçao) and, for Nigerian users, by Blockdance Africa Limited, licensed under National Sports Betting Permit No. 2005793 and Lagos State License No. LSLGA/OP/OSB/210325. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BC Game website, mobile application, and all related services.

BC Game shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes, except where such losses result from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. For Nigerian users, matters relating to local licensing and regulation are governed by applicable Nigerian law. Any disputes arising from the use of BC Game shall be resolved in accordance with these governing laws.
